A 26 year old patient presented with a history of previous drug use. The patient had been in pain for several years and as you can see in the before photo had several abscessed teeth. Upon evaluating the patient, the teeth were deemed as non-restorable and planned to move forward with a full mouth restoration. An upper implant supported denture was fabricated along with an all on four prosthesis on his lower jaw. An all on four prosthesis is a denture that is screwed into place that the patient is unable to remove on their own.
