This patient had previous dental work completed in Europe 20 years previously. The patient suffered from periodontal disease and had various areas of decay. We decided to move forward with placing implants in the posterior area of the patient’s mouth and restored with crowns in order to improve their chewing function. Crowns were also placed on his front teeth for esthetics and function and to rehabilitate the patient’s bite.
